NOTICE TO USER:
THIS IS A CONTRACT. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. BY INDICATING YOUR ACCEPTANCE BELOW,
YOU ACCEPT ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH
THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DECLINE WHERE INSTRUCTED, AND YOU WILL
NOT BE ABLE TO USE THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

*** LICENSE AGREEMENT ***

This license applies to the DocuQuest computer software and may include media, printed materials,
and "online" or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT"). The SOFTWARE PRODUCT also
includes any updates and supplements to the original SOFTWARE PRODUCT provided to you by
A1A Software. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this
SOFTWARE PRODUCT. By installing, copying, downloading, accessing or otherwise using the
SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this end user license agreement.

Use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
You may install and use one copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single computer, including a
workstation, terminal or other digital electronic device ("COMPUTER").

You may also store or install a copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a storage device, such as a
network server, used only to install or run the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on your other COMPUTERS
over an internal network, however, you must acquire and dedicate a license for each separate
COMPUTER on or from which the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is installed, used, accessed, displayed
or run. A license for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be shared or used concurrently on
different COMPUTERS. For instance, if 8 different workstations will have access to the
SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a network, each workstation must have its on license for the
SOFTWARE PRODUCT, regardless of whether they use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT at different
times or concurrently.

If the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is acquired as a License Pak, you may install and use additional
copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT up to the number of copies specified in the License Pak.

Governing Law.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.

Trademark.
DocuQuest is a registered trademark of A1A Software.

Copyright.
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any copies that you make are owned by A1A Software and
its suppliers, and its structure, organization and code are the valuable trade secrets of
A1A Software and its suppliers. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is also protected by United States
Copyright Law and International Treaty provisions. You must treat the SOFTWARE PRODUCT just
as you would any other copyrighted material, such as a book. You may not copy the
SOFTWARE PRODUCT, except as set forth in the "Use of the Software" section. Any copies that
you are permitted to make pursuant to this Agreement must contain the same copyright and other
proprietary notices that appear on or in the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. You agree not to modify, adapt
or translate the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. You also agree not to reverse engineer, decompile,
disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

Trademarks shall be used in accordance with accepted trademark practice, including identification
of trademark owners names. Use of any trademarks does not give you any rights of ownership
in that trademark. Except as stated, this Agreement does not grant you any intellectual rights in
the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

RENTAL.
You may not rent, lease or lend the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

Disclaimer of Warranty
THIS SOFTWARE PRODUCT AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT
WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES
WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Because of the various hardware and software environments
into which DocuQuest may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
IS OFFERED. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT
REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.
